1. Acceptance of these terms

2. Nature of the products — RUO
IMPORTANT: All peptides and compounds sold by Prime Science Supply are STRICTLY for research purposes (Research Use Only — RUO). They are NOT intended for human or veterinary use. They are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They must NOT be ingested, injected, or applied to humans or animals.
Misuse is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Prime Science Supply is not responsible for damages arising from use outside a controlled scientific research setting.
3. Registration and accuracy of information
When placing an order, you undertake to provide true, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to cancel orders with inconsistent or questionable information.
4. Orders and payment
- Orders are placed on the website and confirmed by email.
- Checkout shows your order total — products, shipping, and any add-ons you select — before you confirm. We do not charge any amount beyond that total.
- How payment is completed is shown on the checkout screen itself at the time of purchase. We do not commit to any particular card brand, wallet, or payment provider, and the methods available may change.
- An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been confirmed.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the one in effect when the order is placed.
- Discount coupons have expiration dates and specific rules — they do not stack with other promotions unless expressly stated.
5. Delivery
- We dispatch your order within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Dispatch is the time we take to pick, pack, and hand the package to the carrier — it is not the delivery time.
- Carrier transit time counts separately and varies by destination and by the shipping method chosen. The estimated total appears at checkout, with dispatch and transit already added together.
- If we cannot dispatch within that window, we email you with a revised date and you choose: accept the new date, or cancel the order for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you, we cancel and refund.
- Once the order is dispatched, we provide the tracking number.
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delay or return. The cost of reshipment caused by the recipient will be charged.
6. Returns and refunds
After dispatch, orders are final: we do not accept the product back and there is no refund for a change of mind. The exceptions are narrow and are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy — an order we did not dispatch within the window we announced, a cancellation requested before dispatch, a wrong item, and a missing item.
Loss or damage in transit is covered only by Shipping Protection, an optional add-on you select at checkout. Without it, an order lost in transit or damaged on arrival is not replaced and is not refunded.

7. Limitation of liability
Prime Science Supply limits its liability to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the consequences of improper use of the products. To repeat: RUO products are not for human or veterinary consumption.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and content on the website are the property of Prime Science Supply or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Privacy and data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active customers. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
