These Terms form part of our Terms of Use and describe the Prime Science Supply customer referral program. They set out who can take part, what each side receives, when no credit is created, and how long a credit lasts.
In short: you share your code with a colleague who has never bought from us. They save US$ 25 on an order with US$ 200 or more in products. Once their order is PAID, US$ 25 in credit lands in your account and lasts 90 days. Credit is not cash, is not transferable, and can only be used on orders placed with us.

1. Who can take part
- You need a customer account on primesciencesupply.com and at least one paid order.
- You and the person you refer must both be 21 or older, and their order must be delivered within the United States.
- Anyone already in our Brand Partner Program is not part of this program: a partner coupon already carries its own compensation, and the system does not generate a referral code for those accounts.
- This is a program for individuals, not for media outlets, coupon sites, or paid promotion services. See section 7.
2. Your code
- Your personal code is created automatically once your first order is paid. It appears in your account, under “Refer a colleague”.
- The code is yours, it is unique, and it does not change. It stays active for as long as the program runs.
- Sharing the code is up to you. Whoever uses it does not need an account on our site: they can type it in the cart, or open the invitation link shown in your account.
3. What the person you refer gets
- US$ 25 off the order the code is applied to.
- The code applies from US$ 200 in products. That minimum is measured on the value of the products, before shipping and before Shipping Protection. Below it, the code is refused when the order is placed.
- The code is only valid for someone who has never had a paid order with us. If they are already a customer, the code is refused.
- You cannot use your own code, including on another account of yours. The system refuses the code when the buyer and the referrer are the same person.
- One discount applies per order. The code does not stack with our volume discount or with a partner discount: the system automatically applies whichever leaves the buyer paying less.
4. What you get
- US$ 25 in account credit for each order that came from one of your referrals and was actually paid.
- Credit is created on payment, not when the order is placed. While the referred order is still awaiting payment, there is no credit.
- Each credit lasts 90 calendar days from the day it is created. After that it expires and is not reinstated.
- Today we do not cap how many people you can refer. We may introduce a cap, and this page will say so when that changes.
- Your available balance and your nearest expiry date are shown in your account.
5. When no credit is created
In these cases there is no credit, even if the person used your code:
- the order was never paid, or was cancelled before payment;
- the code was not applied to the order — it was not entered, was entered incorrectly, or was removed before checkout;
- the order came in below the US$ 200 product minimum;
- the person already had a paid order with us, or the details indicate the buyer and the referrer are the same person;
- the order qualified for a discount larger than the code — our volume discount, for example — and that larger discount was applied instead. Because only one discount applies per order, the code was not the discount used and it does not generate credit;
- the order was returned, refunded, or charged back after payment. In that case we may cancel the matching credit, including after it has already appeared in your account.
If you believe a credit should have been created and it did not appear, email [email protected] with the approximate date of the order. We check and reply on business days.
6. How to use your credit
- Put your order together and, before paying, email [email protected] asking to use your credit. We apply it to the order and send you a payment link with the amount already deducted.
- If you hold more than one credit, we use the one expiring soonest first.
- Each credit is used in full. If the order is worth less than the credit, the difference is not refunded and is not carried over — which is why it is worth applying a credit to an order of equal or greater value.
- Credit is not cash: it has no cash value, is not transferable, cannot be sold, and can only be used on orders placed with us.
- Credit does not replace a refund. If we owe you a refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy, that refund is money back to your payment method — never store credit.
- Any taxes that may apply to you because of the credit are your responsibility.
7. Fair use
This program exists so you can tell colleagues you actually know about our materials. It is not an advertising channel. Please do not:
- send unsolicited bulk email or text messages, or use any automated messaging system to promote your code;
- post the code on coupon sites, deal aggregators, promo forums, or public code listings;
- buy ads using our name, our brand, or variations of it;
- create extra accounts, emails, or addresses in order to refer yourself;
- present yourself as an employee, representative, or spokesperson for Prime Science Supply, or say anything about the products that we do not say ourselves on this site.
If we find use that does not follow this section, we may cancel the credits involved, deactivate the code, and end that account’s participation in the program.
8. About the products
This program is a commercial incentive on the purchase of research materials. It says nothing about the properties, performance, or any application of the products. Everything we supply is research-grade material (Research Use Only), intended solely for laboratory research use: it is not for human or veterinary use, it is not a drug, dietary supplement, or cosmetic, and it has not been evaluated by the FDA. Any order placed with a referral code remains subject to our Terms of Use, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy.
9. Changes and ending the program
- We may change these Terms or end the program at any time. The version that applies to a credit is the one published on the date that credit was created.
- If we end the program, credits already available in your account remain usable until each one’s expiry date — the same 90 days — except for any obtained in breach of section 7.
- Ending the program does not create any right to payment, compensation, or conversion of credits into money.
